Commercial window cleaning

While we always provide personal care and attention when it comes to the individual residential customer, we are still large enough to deal with sizeable contracts. The bulk of our commercial window cleaning work is for shops, hotels, pubs, restaurants, offices, industrial units, care homes, retail outlets and showrooms.

Residential window cleaning

We run a professional window cleaning business and customer satisfaction is our main priority. The price we agree with you is for the cleaning of the glass, Upvc frames and window sills.

Conservatory cleaning

Upon your request we can clean the exterior glass of your conservatory at specified intervals or as a one-off clean when asked to do so. We can also clean your conservatory roof as a separate service when required. The water-fed pole system ensures that in most cases we can get access to the conservatory roof without the need to climb over it!

UPVC frame cleaning

Cleaning of the window frames and sills is included in the price of window cleaning.

Gutter, fascias & soffit cleaning

If and when required we can also clean UPVC fascia boards and soffits or any difficult to reach plastic cladding using our high reach water fed pole system. Please ask for a quote.

Driveway pressure washing

We use a powerful 3000 psi/200 bar petrol pressure washer combined with a 20” stainless steel rotary flat surface cleaner and turbo nozzle lance to achieve amazing results on block paving, crazy paving, imprinted concrete, yorkstone, sandstone, slabs and asphalt driveways, patios and walls. After pressure washing we offer additional services, such as soft-washing to remove blackspots, a biocide maintenance treatment to protect against mold and algae, re-sanding with kiln dried sand and sealing with a market leading product. We always provide a free written quotation based on the measured area to be cleaned, degree of soiling and any additional services required.

Gutter clearing

As well as gutter cleaning we also provide a gutter clearing service to clear blocked gutters using our safe and efficient ‘high reach’ Gutter Vac cleaning equipment.

Solar panel cleaning

For solar panels operate to their maximum efficiency they need to be regularly cleaned approximately once per year. Dirty panels can be as much as 25% less efficient - and that can mean a considerable reduction in output. Our pure water fed pole system and special brush heads can clean the panels safely without using unnecessary chemicals.
